This policy describes how Khoa Nguyen Tien handles information for Lantern House, an offline iOS puzzle game with no advertising, analytics, attribution, tracking, account, or cloud service.
The current App Store build does not include accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, attribution, tracking, crash-reporting services, push notifications, cloud save, Game Center, or in-app purchases.
Campaign progress and settings remain on the device. The app does not send gameplay or device data to the developer or an analytics provider.
Lantern House does not collect personal data or gameplay telemetry from the app in the current release.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device model, screenshots, and issue description.
We use support emails only to respond to your request, investigate problems, and maintain records needed for security or compliance.
The current build uses only Apple platform services required to distribute and run the app on iOS. It does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or remote-configuration SDKs. Apple separately handles App Store and operating-system information under Apple's terms.
Licensed artwork, fonts, music, and sound effects are packaged as local game files. They play entirely on the device and do not connect to their original asset providers or collect data.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, contact us and we will review the request.
We do not sell personal information. Because the current build does not collect app data, it does not share app-collected data with advertising, analytics, attribution, or diagnostics partners.
Information sent voluntarily through email may be processed by our email provider and may be shared only when needed to respond to your request, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect our rights.
Local gameplay progress can be removed by deleting the app from your device. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain business records, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
